With over twenty years in the Reserve Defence Forces, Breda’s military training and coaching expertise culminates in a style that reignites, illuminates, empowers and resets focus. She coaches individuals, and small and large groups, from a wide range of backgrounds, from the start up community and small business owners, right through to career corporates in large multinationals. She is extremely passionate about the nature of her work and is determined to ensure an even playing field exists for everyone to take control of their own career path.

As a Transformational Change specialist in Financial Services for almost 20 years, Breda has driven, embedded and overseen extensive change programmes across a number of large financial institutions in Ireland and the UK. She specialises in Technical, Innovative and Cultural change. Helping individuals and corporates to process and manage through change is second nature to this lady.

Additionally Breda co-founded the Lean-In Ireland community and has co-chaired the organisation since its launch in 2017. Her passion for equality leads her to become involved with many companies, communities and networks, and she is often booked as keynote speaker to launch diversity programmes and to MC or facilitate diversity events and conferences. More recently, Breda has been in high demand for virtual events, with many of her talks and videos receiving high levels of click-rates.
